What I meant that it would be open to scenarios whereby both teams would let the other score because a 1-1 is mutually beneficial.

Tv refs

Re: You are FIFA president....
Post match analysis of incidents focussing on fouls and blatant dives with a one match ban issued for a blatant dive and the ability to overrule a refs decision even if he said he did see it.

Introduction of post match interviews by the referee

Re: You are FIFA president....
How would you contrive a 1-1? Would be more difficult than contriving a 0-0 under current rules, surely?

Ps I'm knackered so apologies if being an utter spaz.

Kind of opens the door for contrived 1-1's.

Sort out the madness of corners

All that push shove and shirt pulling that would attract half a dozen yellows every corner if in general play

Drives me mad

Go back to the rugby rules of 10 metres for getting choppsy

Michael Owen to be put to death for crimes against football punditry.

Refs must do a tv interview the following day to apologise for errors/ justify why they made a call. Would be a a step to improve consistancy between refs

Don't rush me.
I'm still getting used to the fact that I'm the new FIFA President.
Can't wait to read the newspaper thread tomorrow.

Clubs can only loan out 5 players, put a stop to rich clubs signing countless young players.

For international matches at least half of the first 11 (plus 7 subs) must be female.

All teams must have at least 4 'Homegrown' players on the pitch at any time

A complete overhaul of the way games are timed. Take it out of the referee's hands and have a stop clock for ball in / ball out. 60 minutes each way.

Re: You are FIFA president....
Physios can enter the field of play without the game being stopped. A bit like in rugby. Would wipe out this ridiculous time wasting for feigning injury instantly
